Handling Slowly Changing Dimension Type II in PowerPivot

Think this is a very interesting, simple yet effective approach to handling SCD 2 in a BISM environment. This bypasses the need of having to follow the ofttimes long-winded ETL process, where you'd usually need to store all your historical data in relational tables.
